Important Shipping Information...A short, but sweet summary
- Most shipping orders take 2 to 5 days once your package has been shipped.
- Most orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid longer transit times over the weekend especially during warm weather months. We want your gourmet chocolate to have a short, sweet and safe trip to it's destination. Please allow about a week for your order to arrive. Peak season December and February may result in longer processing times. If your order must arrive by a certain date, please call us at (620)342-9600.

We do a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

Warm weather policy... Some like it hot, but not chocolate!
Although you and I might like to hand out on the porch in 70 degree weather, your chocolate order does not. Our gourmet chocolate will begin to melt at 70 degrees. During warm weather months, all shipping costs will include ice packs and insulated shipping. This is typically April-September, but some destinations may require warm weather shipping all year long. Unfortunately, even with ice packs your order will melt if left outside during hot conditions. You may consider shipping to a workplace or alternate location with inside delivery if you cannot be home to receive your package.
Shipping return policy...we're awesome, but proceed with caution.
As mentioned in our Warm Weather Policy, shipping chocolate can get, well, a wee bit complicated. We take great care in preparing and shipping your package for the journey to its new home sweet home. And will therefore advise you of any necessary shipping changes to guarantee that your order arrives in the best condition possible.
However, some things are out of our control. The Sweet Granada is not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages once they are delivered to the provided address. In addition, we are not responsible for refused, returned or undeliverable packages. Please double-check the provided address before sending your order.
